Our tech just drove away without a word. We live on 22 acres and the fencing covers the full acreage. We have 3 outside dogs who run the property and have never been crated or confined. Our laundry room is off the garage, a short distance to walk. Our appt was 8 am, and the tech showed up mid-afternoon while the dogs were outside. Tech told husband from truck he would not get out until dogs were confined. Two were fairly easy to catch, but my 76 yr old husband was running around trying to leash the last dog, a teddy bear in looks and personality. He'd run off if the tech tried to pet him and only wanted to watch the "new" guy. My husband offered to escort him to the laundry room, 15 feet away from his truck, but it was contested with policies. While my husband was chasing the last dog, the tech backed up and drove off without a word, not even, "The office will give you a call to reschedule". We were shocked and had to deal with this while one of us was dealing with heart issues. I don't easily get upset, but this was unbelievable. I texted and called the tech on his cell phone, but he didn't respond. No one ever called. I gave one star because Sears has represented itself well in the past and the second star because Sears' scheduling was quick and easy.

Your home warranty is a joke. I can buy a brand new washing machine for $200 more than what you’re gonna charge me to fix the last one and it will probably break again

I made an appointment for service repairs at the complex I manage. I repeated the address three times to ensure it was correct. I received multiple confirmation texts, replied to each, and received a notification that the technician was on their way. Not even half an hour later, another text came through that that the service was canceled. No explanation. I called the number, got two separate AI “agents”, no option to speak to a live agent, no explanation for cancellation, and part of the address was incorrect but not to the point it would not have been easy to figure out. I was also available for technician to call or text. I tried to update address to maybe reschedule, only for the AI bot to tell me that wasn’t an option and could not provide an explanation as to why. I thought maybe I could try going to the address listed for their office only to realize that it’s just the old Sears parking lot at the mall….where a Homegoods now sits. I will not make the mistake of attempting to use this service again. Incredibly infuriating and disappointing.

The appointment wait time is pathetic. We have waited over one month for this washing machine to be fixed. Waiting two weeks for a service tech to come assess and then waiting another week and a half for the service tech to come back after the part is here which takes two minutes at the very most to install is pathetic. This service is not worth the money it costs monthly to keep it up.Eliseo was wonderful and the job was completed in less than two minutes. Someone needs to do better if this business is to continue.

No call, no show. I wasted 6 hours sitting around watching the "estimated arrival time" get further and further away. I even waited an hour after the 5-hour window, still no call and no show. To make matters worse, they have absolutely no way of contacting a human. Their "chatbot" provided no help at all, and there was no option to talk with a real person. The tech had my phone number, it would have been very easy to contact me and let me know what's up. Obviously I'll never be dealing with this company again.

Not good have been waiting all day on someone to show up it's 4:50pm haven't been able to go do anything there should be a better window on when someone is going to show up i have wasted a whole day waiting

Tuesday I’m disappointed is a complete understatement. I had someone from this property come out maybe a month and a half ago charging me $500 to repair my dryer. My dryer is once again, not working so I tried to call and call and call and try to set up an appointment or talk to an actual human. You try to figure out what is going on so I can get them to come back out and it appears that the only way I could do that is to pay another $125 or something to get them to come out and look at it again, which is absolutely insane.. So now I’m having to try to find someone else to come out to fix the dryer that was fixed a month and a half ago by Sears terrible terrible terrible customer service. Should have a way to actually talk to a person and explain the situation but your number we’re not let me do that. Say I am disappointed is a huge understatement. It will also be writing a letter to corporate.

Service technician was great. Kept me posted when he was on his way and what time he would arrive. Very respectful when he came to the door. VERY, very, very disappointed in the price I had to pay. I was told I have to pay the $129 for the technician to come out. It took him five minutes literally five minutes to put the handle back on my freezer. $263.00. Very, very, very disappointed I will not use Sears again because of that, I will pass on my disappointment to anyone that needs appliance service. Again Eli, the technician was very nice and helpful
