This is the worst service I have ever seen. The have no experience in repairs and do not show up on time. You can never speak to anyone on the phone. I have had two repairs and maybe 7 -8 technicians. I was charge for the wrong parts needed on the ice machine. They charged me over $700 for a circuit board replacement and it was the pump. Came to fix the fridge and cleaned the coils and still doesn't work. I would give them (0).
