Arrived on time.i am angry at Sears for canceling my service they said I called in and cancelled contract because I had bought another dishwasher I will not buy anything else from Sears I have spent over $25, 000 with Sears. it had been over a month since they came out and still no parts. Don't know what happened. If anyone cares tell sears to get it together. Only reason I purchased my three doors from them was because they had always came out promptly with my dishwasher. Now I wonder if my doors are going to be warranted or am going to get a run around. Find another place to purchase items through. I had bought my dishwasher when sears still had stores.

Tech was great! But my 1st part wasn't the only thing needed. 1st part was ordered by artificial intelligence. Would have saved time to send Tech and let him determine what was needed.
