Robert F. Did an exceptional job, not only making sure the parts arrived in a timely manner, but taking the time to give some pro tips and suggestions. These comments to improve the longevity of not only the parts, but the repair in general was a refreshing wonder to behold. The time an effort it took to make said comments shows Robet F.'s commitment to his service and the customers needs. 100% 10/10 would recommend using Sears for your next appliance repair.
