Very detailed. Stayed and checked to make sure washer worked properly. Assured me if I had any problems with the spin cycle that they would return and correct.

Tony the area manager came out looked at my dishwasher, assessed for damage, gave me a quote for the repair or a new one, talk to my insurance agent for me, sent me all the necessary emails and text messages to send to the insurance company, and was all very friendly and helpful about everything! If I need any more work done on any of my Sears appliances he is the man I would call!
