Very knowledgeable. Got strait to work and was able to get both appointments for dishwasher witch was scheduled for and fridge that was scheduled today. Our sears home warranty was offered to us from the same tech 2 years ago and we are very thankful because it has definitely paid off

Tony is super friendly and polite! Very communicative and knowledgeable about his work. Honest and kind. I was glad that he was assigned to us before and after the appliance parts were ordered. If needed, I would request him again.
