My tech (I think his name is Mario) was awesome..explained everything he was doing & everything I am to do after he leaves. He was very professional but also very friendly. I highly recommend A & E Services.

I have had 4 servicemen from Sears working on my washer. They were all excellent. There was just a lot of problems getting all the parts for the washer. Tony did an excellent job of getting my washer running again and he was friendly while giving me tips on how to improve the performance of my washing machine.
