They came out to fix my refrigerator a couple of weeks ago because I told them that my freezer wasn’t working. The repair man said there was nothing wrong with it. Two weeks later water all over my kitchen floor. Everything in my freezer defrosted this was a Sunday called the Home Warranty people. They said Sears could not come out till Wednesday so I just bought a new refrigerator. What was I supposed to do live out of an ice chest for four days you’ve got to be kidding. Me not happy.

Awful. I taken several days off work and waited home all day for them to text me last minute to reschedule to a different day. I believe It is the 4th rescheduled day from them. Costing me money missing work. It's simple show up on time when you're supposed to and not wait until 6 pm to reschedule. I will say the first gentleman Paul that came and diagnosed the problem was super great, its nice they have good people working there If I could give 0/5 stars I would for communication and reliability.

Warrenty company sent sears out to fix my washer and they needed new parts well parts came in they sent out another to put them in and the washer still doesn't work looks like I'll be calling the warrenty company again

Would give a negative if it was an option. I have been without a refrigerator for almost 5 months now. Stated I would receive a replacement but have not. Worst customer service ever. Do not ever buy an extended warranty from them!!! Horrible service

Had to have another repairman come out because the one they sent out only put he instructed me how to use the washer. (Like I didn’t know how to run a washer I’ve had for two years!!!) I needed it repaired or replaced so it wouldn’t keep messing up my clothes and something done because no matter how many times the washer was cleaned you couldn’t get the clothes to smell clean. Days and hours wasted because of this!!
