The technician who installed my filter unit on my refrigerator was very efficient, very polite, and very knowledgeable. He called ahead of time and arrived at the time that he scheduled. I appreciated the level of his expertise. I asked several questions about my refrigerator and he gave me very useful and valuable information. I highly recommend this service and will definitely continue to use it whenever the need arises.
