Alexander was a great technician...prior technician misdiagnosed the problem, he correctly diagnosed and fixed it all in one visit. He was very polite, professional and answered all my questions patiently (yes, not a mechanically inclined female here). After being without a microwave for over 2 months, I'm ecstatic!
