Mr. Manuel was very professional, friendly and is meticulous in his work ethics, he carefully took the necessary parts out of the refrigerator and carefully replaced them after heat installed the new part. His work ethics and detail to duty reminded me of the employees at the Sears stores that my parents used & I used before they closed the stores.
