I'm have rated the 2 techs that came to my house on 2-18-24 & 2-21-24 a 5 star but the people that call you from the 800 number showed up as a Scam call but the person's didn't have the sense to leave me a message on my voice mail. I give that dept. 1on the scale of 1 - 5 rating Note: the repairing didn't get my refrigerator repaired but worked hard trying to get it right but this a poor quality GE refrigerator and instead of making up they just keeping to drag out. I have to have another tech / supervisor come back out again ok this getting to be a game from GE Consumer Relations Dept. See my 2nd write up from 3rd tect after 2 - 2 - 24

Francisco was sent out from Sears to troubleshoot a room air unit. Quickly solved the problem. Could have charged more but was honest and charged a minimal out for their services. Very professional
