UPDATE 10/2025 I did use them again for service: warranty work on my range this time. Hermon was great, as he was the first time. Very knowledgeable, quick but careful, and had me test it before he left. I really am pleased with the service I received. Brand new Cafe refrigerator wouldn’t cool. Hermon came and bravo… he discovered the problem and took care of it right away. His communication was excellent, he arrived on time, and was very courteous. I would use them again for service.
