The final technician that came out and conducted the repair was wonderful. He had our washer up and going within minutes, and it wasn't the problem initially diagnosed. The original technician didn't show up for the original scheduled appointment, he didn't show up for the second, and finally showed up on the 3rd. Having twins in the NICU meant a parent had to stay home and miss out on visits. Sears didn't call the first time to say the appointment was delayed or being rescheduled. I couldn't get in touch with anyone when I called. I kept getting disconnected. Customer service absolutely sucks.

No repair needed.Someone had mistakenly set a delayed start of 9 hours. Tech just educated us. I had never used that feature. I expected a charge of $129 for diagnosing the problem. I was charged $193.77, though no labor or parts were needed. He was pleasant, but I feel I was overcharged.

Gary was a great appliance repair man resolved The problem immediately. came out fixed it on time easy to talk to. As far as the price, the parts themselves were high. I know that. I never got a break down on the repairs on paper, just a quote of what it would cost. Thought I would receive something in an invoice thru email, never did. Sears website is horrible!!

Let’s start with Kenmore Fridge ~ Gary believe was his name, visited my home twice @ $139 per visit, 2nd visit he orders parts for fridge, not sure why took 2 visits to determine parts needed. Parts have to be shipped to customers home bc Sears provides no Shop, they work out of their trucks. Was quoted and paid $1899 dollars for parts & labor , have yet to see a Detailed Invoice. But I’ve received close to 10 text & emails about rating the service and tracking of the parts to my home but NO detailed Invoice. So today John I believe was his name came out installed the parts. He didn’t have a detailed Invoice either but he Did leave behind the old Compressor box and trash, as again they work OUT of their trucks and have NO means of disposing Waste!! Wow, can find the works to describe disappointment in Sears a house hold name I grew up to Respect! Guess if I would have purchased home/appliance warranty then paperwork would have been in hand. So was I overcharged, haven’t a clue but I’m out $2500 btw service calls & parts. And oh yea dispose of our Waste please. Now let’s talk about my Microwave/Oven which was in the same visit as Fridge but had to pay $139x2 again. Absolutely no details on what parts are needed that apparently are NLA, yeap and 10 text/emails but No info describing the Issue.

My repairman was a great guy, got my dishwasher up and going, polite and professional. Sears home services is a joke. You simply can not talk to a human being. I had an appointment and was to set aside the time slot of 7am to 6pm, pretty good window to hang around waiting. Long story short, no one came. I can work around that if I could've spoken to a human and gotten an explanation and rescheduled.
