Technician was very friendly and explained what was wrong and was quick to correct. Now, this call was generated from the extended warranty I purchased through Lowe’s. The issue was when I started my dryer it made a grinding noise, tech explained that the issue isn’t covered due to the company states this is a maintenance issue. BUT if I was to do the maintenance mainly cleaning out the back of the dryer vent area within the dryer itself it would VOID the warranty. So if it builds up within and the only way to take care of it is to pull off the back and if the customer isn’t allowed to do this, then it should be covered. Felt this was the biggest ripoff and it was just another way for them to make money off of the customer. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
