Alex first came out and diagnosed the problem. He’s very knowledgeable. Then we got it scheduled for the repair a few days later. He came and installed the new motherboard on my double oven. Did a great job and super nice person. Sears was great, but they are having trouble with their new Ai. I kept getting texts that my appointment was canceled but when I called, the Ai said it was scheduled. But it was definitely worth it to get such a great technician. This was an extended warranty repair. Thank you, Alex!
