Tech on June 4 was professional and courteous and explained new compressor was as expensive as new refrigerator. So I declined repair. Also, I paid $401.65 on June 1 for repairs not completed. I was told by the tech on June 1 that a diagnostic fee of $129.00 was all I would owe and the remainder of $272.65 would be refunded to me. When will this happen?

Alexander was our service technician this morning for our Sears Elite Dishwasher service. He was knowledgeable, and provided lots of insight regarding our machine. He provided us important information and especially on a cleaning product to use other than wiping the dishwasher down with vinegar.
