The technician that came to work on my refrigerator was Emmanuel. Emmanuel was very professional. He told me immediately who he was and what he was expected to collet from me before he began any work on my refrigerator. I was okay with the process. He was very polite and informed me that he needed to discuss his findings with my home warranty company. Emmanuel was very communicative. 😊

Rolando did a great job identifying the problem with our icemaker. He discussed all the options for repair/replacement and based on that info we decided to pay the fee for the assessment and possibly consider a new refrigerator. Rolando was professional and friendly and took the time to show us the parts to better understand the why the icemaker was leaking water in our freezer . I would definitely use Sears service again!
