I had to call Sears 3 times over the course of 1 year because after they fixed my fridge once, it broke 2 more times. However each time the repairman figured out what was causing the error & also showed me what to do if the same situation happens again. Needless to say, I'm going to keep my ice maker off for a bit but at least they get the job done despite how much time & money it costs. Also get a warranty the second you notice something breaks more than once. It's a lot cheaper & easier than having to pay hundreds of dollars per visit (even if nothing is/can be repaired.)

The visit was nice and not so nice. The service person was very nice and helpful. The service did not happen because I do not have a current maintenance plan and I was quoted a price of almost $800 to replace two LED lights in my side-by-side refrigerator; one light on each side. Sorry, I am not made of money. I'll use a flash light!
