Your system is fully automated, and you can't talk to a live person. In our first appointment, the technician could not find the house, and there was no way for us to contact him.

Robert installed the new motor. Now, the dryer is making an odd sound which it did not make before he installed the motor. This is a big problem. Follow-up: The next repair person found that Robert had installed the dryer drum backwards. This was easily fixed at no additional cost.

Why buy the same brand thermostat that is not working for $300:00. About 20 minute after he left I check the condenser it was not working.House temperatura was 80 degree.

2 year old Sears Kenmore refrigerator and compressor shot…pure junk. Bought from Sears and owners manual states 5 year warranty. Sears will not honor ! Has a LG compressor and LG says call Sears. Technicians don’t care they just want their fee.

Technicians were awesome 5 stars The customer service is 0 stars. Sears customer service is completely AI or international impossible to talk to a real person. They do not know how to ship or talk to customers. Sears used to be one of the best customer service companies in the country now they suck.

My experience has been horrible. Technicians have been working on my refrigerator since April and still have not fixed it. I have not had a working refrigerator since April!!!

I'm so sorry I even called this place, but someone told me that only a Sears person can read the error messages on a Kenmore dryer, and I have since found out that this is not true. Someone else came out and fixed my dryer for a fraction of the price quoted by this service person. Not sure why you would expect anyone to pay more for repairs than it would cost to buy a new dryer. I certainly do not recommend this place!

We were quoted over $1000 to repair our clothes washer. We were told we were better off buying a new machine. We got a second opinion from another repairman the same day. That repairman said our machine has a completely different issue, and we needed a new part. He had the part with him and repaired our machine for 1/3 of the quote from Sears. We did pay for the diagnostics from Sears. We won’t be calling them again.

They are a complete disaster, all the technicians who have come are useless, they have all said they have different things and they have not been able to fix it, they have come more than 10 times and they cannot fix it, they are disrespectful and come with a negative attitude.
