On 11–25 I scheduled a furnace inspection. Edwin came out several hours late. He did the inspection and said my drainage pan was full and needed to be unplugged. He said it would be $75.00. I said that was too much because I felt it was part of my agreement. Today (11-26), I scheduled another appointment and he said it would be $500.00. This is totally unfair and should be corrected

ZERO STARS!!!I do not recommend. They have been to my home on 5 visits and replaced 5 different parts in attempts to repair our clothes washer. The visit before last, the tech said he would order this last part and if that doesn't work he will state it's unrepairable. We receive the last part in the mail, a different tech shows up and we repeat what the previous tech stated. So this tech then reports to Sears Appliance Repair that we refused to let him repair the washer and we want a replacement. No we all we are asking for is a working washer. Instead we keep getting techs who habe no idea what is wrong with the washer and Instead of saying that, they order more parts and now they won't repair or put in an order to replace.

He did nothing and also lied that the damage was caused by pests. He said to me that he did not know how to fix the equipment and will be calling the office for assistance. Very dishonest. He never showed up for the second scheduled appointment.

Rep came to my home, . Told me compressor was out, I laughed and said what, I guess my AC compressor and refrigerator had their own person power war. He proceeded to say a power surge caused the burnout- but then showed me pictures of the inside of the compressor , said it was not maintained and it was the wear that caused it to burn out. NOW the Choice HOme warranty people wont cover a new compressor. Sear sucks, I will never ever buy anything Sears related.
