My technician was very polite and extremely professional! He did not engage in unnecessary chatter. He immediately opened my freezer, plugged in his equipment and went to work! He made certain to wipe away water leaks and even replaced the ice bend back in freezer! If service is needed, I will definitely request, Emanuel M. as my service provider. Carolyn Woodard
