Raymond was pleasant and detailed in his analysis of the issue. Unfortunately the cost to repair on an 8 year old refrigerator that was repaired for same item in 2021, was too high.

Roman is very courteous and knowledgeable. He is also very strong. He was able to pull the heavy refrigerator forward to unplug the cord from the outlet. He discusses and explained the benefits of having all home appliances be covered by the extended repair service warranty.

Getting my issue addressed has been challenging. Very frustrated with Sear's customer relationship management . I've had numerous cancellations with no explanations. Taken off a lot of time from work to get unit repaired. This latest Technician (Richard) was very knowledgeable and experienced! He represented Sears well despite my experience with Sear's system. He was cordial and engaging....

My technician was very polite and extremely professional! He did not engage in unnecessary chatter. He immediately opened my freezer, plugged in his equipment and went to work!
