She e-mail gave a wrong notice: the technician would arrive at 10:18. He called he was heading to us at 11:30. And arrived after noon. Finished repair in about an hour. Btw, I couldn’t upload the pic of broken part on the shs appointment tracking web page. Also, this was the 2nd appointment. The 1st appointment three days prior was cancelled by Shs, without any cancellation notice. I found it was cancelled when I called shs after a whole day of waiting.
