Darrick did an AMAZING job for me today! He was really courteous and very knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and fixed my clothes washer. Excellent service from Darrick! Having said that, it took 2+ weeks for Sears Master Protection to get their act together and get it scheduled and completed. The first appointment was cancelled after I had waiting for them all day because they had a wrong contact number for me to call when they were on their way (even though the right number is listed on my account!). After they cancelled, I called and told them the correct number to call me when they were on their way to the next appointment that they scheduled for me. They didn’t make the notation. After waiting another week for my washer to be fixed, they called the wrong number AGAIN WHEN THEY WERE HEADED TO MY HOUSE. AGAIN, they cancelled my appointment when they were told it was a wrong number. I called back furious as the app was telling me that they cancelled me again…after waiting all afternoon for them to show up. About that time, my doorbell rang. The technician (Robert) had forgotten to take me out of his GPS and actually thought he was at his NEXT call. When he realized that he ended up at my house by mistake, he diagnosed the problem (without even pulling out the machine) and said I needed a part to fix the machine. He ordered the part and rescheduled the appointment for a week later. The NEXT appointment was, for the THIRD time cancelled!! After waiting all morning for them to show, the app changed at the time of the appointment and said that they would not be coming because the part had not arrived. I called and told them that I called three days prior to let them know it HAD arrived. I had to reschedule again. This time, James, shows up and tells me that I actually needed three parts to fix the machine. He ordered the parts and re-scheduled thee next appointment for yesterday. One part didn’t make it on time, so I cancelled the appointment for yesterday and rescheduled for today. Darrick was wonderful and very much appreciated! But, geez….you guys need to get your act together! This exact same thing happened to us years ago when you had to fix our dryer. Bad memories and a complete clown show!!!!!!!!!
