Our 18 year old side-by-side refrigerator freezer stopped cooling the refrigerator. We were pleased to have our service rep here that day (early in the 4 hour period stated). He did a maintenance for us that is now allowing cooled air to reach the refrigerator. In a few more hours, we will be able to retrieve our food from a friend, a loaner mini-freezer, and resume our regular meal prep. Thanks!
