He was obviously knowledgeable. He recognized the problem and understood what had to be done.

The technician is the most knowledgeable one we have had from any company ever. He was straight to the point and was able to diagnose the issue we had with the fridge. We had a tech from another company before Sears and was not able to let us know what the issue was.

Technician was friendly and did a good job. However I believe both the parts and labor were overpriced. The markup on the parts vs buying them directly from Sears was way too high especially given the $400+ labor charge
