The repairman was at my door about 8AM and worked for close to an hour to find the problem of the washer not draining the water out and overflowing from the drain hose in the back. I was surprise that he did NOT have a "snake" devise to unclog the line. Now I have to hire a plumber to complete the job. MORE expense!!

He was 3 hours late for the appointment. Appointment was between 12 and 5 pm and he should up at 8 pm. No Communications, No Txt, no msgs. Plus, he was kind of rude and did not have the manners needed for Good customer servive. In the end he could not fix the problem either,

Although all of the technicians who came out, I think it was a total of 5, were super nice and respectful, I didn’t enjoy having multiple apportionments for the same issue. My ice maker stopped working on my Whirlpool refrigerator and the first technician said it would need to be replaced. The part was supposed to be shipped to me directly but did not arrive until the very last technician came by, number 5. Appointments were rescheduled without my knowledge with extremely long windows, 7/8a-4-5p. So techs showed up early, other late or after hours. Technicians said they were told the replacement item shipped and was there to replace it but I didn’t receive it until the last appointment

James did a great job on washing machine repair. However I do not like that there is no body but Chat to talk to when things go wrong. Delivery from UPS was delayed(after waiting one week for a part) wrong part sent in the UPS package, and waited a whole day to resolve these issues. First technician didn't understand what to do with the duplicate parts that were sent from the warehouse, had to wait for another technician to come out and correctly get the right part. So on repair day Nov 13 i waited ftom 9 am to 6 pm to resolve this matter. Do NOT like that there is no one to talk to except CHAT so I may not be using these folks agsin

I had to go to work. My brother waited for them. The tech said he saw nothing wrong & supposedly fixed a pipe that was out of place and removed some duct tape covering something that should not be covered. Ive had over 6 techs from different companies. The ac unit froze at one point and there was water damage in the guest bedroom or middle room. Also coming thru the light fixture. Apparently something is wrong and the whole unit and furnace needs to be replace per my Choice Home Warranty , my home warranty. Due to the unit having R22 and home being 20 yrs old and also a bad condenser per the tech on 1st quote they gave me. I could not accept the offer because I would have had to pay money up front when I accepted it. I had no mo ey at the time and now Sears is saying they see nothing wrong. But the 1st tech from CHW said it was. What's going on? Im glad he fixed a pipe that as out of place but why are the others going in the attic not seeing the same.

Technician was prompt, communicative and knowledgeable. He collected my credit card payment at the time of service, and it went through. Then, a month later later, Sears sent me a snail mail letter asking for the payment again. The bill looked like an old photocopy of a photocopy, like something from the ‘90s. A really poor showing by Sears.

Good technicians, prolonged wait for parts, and Cannot find a phone number to call to talk to a real person, And I still have the original problem after the new parts were installed

Roman was several hours late. He was also very rude, demanded me to pay him the second he was done with checking my appliance. I told him that I was driving, he demanded several times that I should pull over and pay him immediately. He got mad at me that I did not want to stop my car and make the payment immediately!! This was horrible service! Never Sears again!!
