Great job by Alejandro
Alejandro diagnosed the problem readily. He ordered the part and made the return appointment. He wrestled the refrigerator out of its enclosure and replaced the water pump. He then had to remove the icemaker to clear the frozen line. He did all this in a straightforward and methodical way. It's all back together now, and we're waiting on the 1st batch of ice. The Sears communication and scheduling system is poor. Forcing the customer to provide 11-hour windows for (i) diagnosis and (ii) repair is unreasonable. Your automated system may save you money, but it is frustrating to deal with. And finally, you underestimate this time required for the technician's appointments. If he had been able to come at the original time, I could have made the original appointment on Tuesday. As it was, I had to reschedule today. His arrival time was postponed 2-3 times again today.

He fixed it!
He knew exactly what the problem was, and fix the washer quickly. James also showed me areas on the washer that need to be cleaned out regularly that I had no idea of. He said this should help extend the life of my washer, which is how is good to know. He was friendly, and I felt very comfortable with him in my house.

Sears Home Services provided excellent service. Next day appt. to repair dryer. Service repair person, Raymond, was punctual, provided clear description of problem and options. Work was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely call Sears Home Services when I need appliance repair.
