Robert called before arriving to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. He was very thorough in troubleshooting our appliance. He took time to identify the issue and proceeded to order replacement parts. Unfortunately the parts are no longer available so Robert called our home warranty company and provided them with his recommendation and they arranged for a replacement. Thank you!
