No live person to talk too if Amy problem occurs.
My repair was closed with no knowledge and my fridge has was not.repaired . You can not speak no one its all by computer. Was told i had to start my claim all over again. Because the tech said there is no one to speak too. Its done by computer.

Service Review
I don't know how to understand this but upon Alberto's arrival he mentioned that he was called for a problem with a garbage disposal. He was guided to the garbage disposal but once he looked at it and heard the noise from it he stood up and said that they (Sears) don't service garbage disposals anymore. After some discussions back and forth trying to understand what was going on I had to show him the Sears Home Warranty summary whereafter he went back to his van and called his office and after quite a long while he came back and asked for my signature on his mobile phone/ipad. He was asked to present back up to what he needed my signature for but couldn't or refused do that so no signature. This was not the level of service I expected from Sears. Very disappointing!

Washer service
I was not very happy today with the tech. Tech shorted the mother board to my washer with sparks and a loud bang in my laundry room. Then come to find out that parts were not approved for repair. Then find out that there are not GE techs anywhere to service my washer in my area.

Ice maker not working.
I feel he didn't know what he was doing. He took a part off the old icemaker and put it on the new one installed it and left. After that, the icemaker started making ice and would not stop. The freezer was full of ice and called repair service again. Had to talk to people. I can't speak English.

I was Robbed
He made me sign saying it was for only that he showed up . He didn't do any repairs , no diagnostics because he said he couldn't read the model and serial number . Also representative made a mistake saying it was the stove. I said oven several times. Technician came wanting to check stove when it was oven . I asked him , there is no charge because you didn't do nothing . He said NO but if we come back yes Why am I getting charge when nothing was done only showing to my kitchen when he wanted to check stove . This is ridiculous. . Never using Sears again or recommend .
