Dishwasher repair
Jessie was a nice man. He was not experienced with this model of dishwasher. He removed dishwasher to replace circuit board n found that circuit board was accessible from front of washer. Broke water line when reinstalling washer. He found discharge line kinked.

I am so disappointed at this service A&E they are not professional or PUNCTUAL they are very reuse and make mistakes they had to take apart my cooktop TWICE Rafael and Jessie we the workers I hope I never use this service AGAIN

Edgar's service in checking the refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher was very good. He told me he could not check the induction cooktop and someone else was going to come, but nobody came to check the cooktop.

We have had our washer and dryer repeatedly fixed and they both continue to need repair. We have asked our technician to see if they can be replaced but he tells us he can only repair them. Who do we need to talk to to see if they can be replaced? The technician came and fixed the washer but didn't touch the dryer. He said there was no work order for it and didn't even offer to submit one! It takes 3 or 4 full cycles to dry one load of clothes!!!

Not convinced
Roy arrived 1 hr before scheduled time and left in less than 30 minutes. I was not home but had cleaning lady there. He called me to say he was done and that we needed to clean out our dryer vent. None of the parts ordered which included the motor were used. I called him back to ask why the parts were not used and he said my dryer worked very well. He took all the new parts with him and when I asked him what was he going to do with the new parts he said they would be returned. I was not convinced with his explanation. We cleaned the vent which had very small amount of lint blown out. The previous technician was very thorough and explained why he was ordering the parts and had me sign for the service call and said the installation of the parts would take more than half a day to install.

He came ordered some parts came back installed them and the machine is still doing the same thing Not rinsing

Problem NOT fixed
Terrible. Technician installed the parts that were sent to me but after running the washer again the problem is still not fixed and the technician says he's only authorized to work on what was sent as parts replacement & nothing else so the problem persists

Damaged Dryer
The technician damaged the dryer's side and blamed it on the customer's neglect. Even called the insurance to report it, but failed to inform them that he, too, damaged the dryer by making a hole.

Deep cleaning of washer and dryer
The service provided was not what I had expected. The washer and dryer were not cleaned properly. The technician said there was nothing wrong, however, I have pictures of the problems we've been having. Poor service.
