Great job!
The technician who came out gave great customer service. Extremely patient and knowledgeable. I'm extremely grateful that it was him that scheduled to fix my washer.

The technician was able to figure out the oven issue with the convection fan problem. It did take 3 trips to finally fix it since June 2023. Each time parts had to be ordered. As soon as the parts came in I called the local technician and he scheduled me right away. I appreciate the promptness of each service call.
