Roy was very thoughtful. Explained everything he was doing and gave us tips on our refrigerator. Was very thorough. Went above and beyond trying to find the part needed to make sure our refrigerator was fixed the same day since we need to store milk for our babies. Thank you so much Roy. We will surely use your services again.

Edgar was a very responsible technician that explained everything thoroughly how to really wash properly and what clothes should be washed together while other types of clothing should be washed separately.
