Friendly, no complaining, positive attitude, Jesse managed to solve the problem with my dryer. So much better than previous repairmen who said "it's still working so don't worry about the noise". The dryer is now working quietly again.

The new icemaker was overflowing and would not stop making ice called the 800 number again and again talking to people that can't speak English, but I did get a repairman today. He put in a new icemaker. We'll see if it works, but at least he act like he knew what he was doing, and he couldn't understand why the other repairman took the other part off and put it on the new one. We'll see how this one works
