Ricky, our technician was amazing and so very personable. He definitely knows his job and was a joy to have in my home. I love the way we can track the technician during the day although the window that was given was 0800-0500pm which nmakes for an entire day of waiting but having the ability to track where they are is just great.

The repairman narrowed down and diagnosed the problem with our microwave. He then gave us our options. We decided not to go with the repair, but to buy a new microwave when this one finally quits. I appreciate his honesty.
