The. Tech was great. Not having a Tach show up the week before without notifying us was a frustrating. When I found out it wasn’t my original tech and I had my original tech today I felt a little bit better. He is amazing.

I am so glad I contacted Sears...Mr. Hanson found the source and corrected it. There was a short and he fixed the problem. I am so grateful this could have been worse. Definitely appreciate his 40+ yrs of experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful honest advice about the repair costs. Even though we chose not to repair our fridge we are very pleased with the service we received. Service technician (Winifred B) was very communicative. He called before he came, gave direct times, and communicated with my husband and I about the repair costs very honestly.
