I was happy to see that Sears has moved to this type of business model. It makes a lot more sense. Another surprise was to find them in a smaller town, again a solid business plan. We stopped in to see what they had to offer and found the prices were good compared to other competitors.

Would nice if you could talk to someone when you get a message saying they are coming between 8 &9 Did not get another message until coming after 3 first after 2. Didn't know what the problem was.

He came to my house to check my AC unit on the house was not clear on the price of the service I didnt worry much because this was on home warranty but still was unclear on the price and try to max out the price so he can get all the $ posible from me and the warranty in top of that when he was leaving my house he hit my mail box stand and broke the upper concrete area and i got all this in my front camara he never told me but when i call him to ask about it and to have him come back ans pay for damages he denied it and keep telling me it was already damage that he was not fixing nothing to call my home warranty or fix it my self I ask him for his manager info he told me he was not allow and try to denied the info and situation, horrible service not responsable and just over priced over all.
