He was the second one sent out, after 1st tech came out after waiting 2weeks for a part he came out replaced part and still didn’t work and we were going on vacation so we rescheduled second service and a different tech came out no parts needed just did some stuff first tech didn’t do! My fridge was out for a whole month from beginning to end but so far so good 😊

The technician that came all the way from Abilene was great. Sears services was horrible, they were no calls no shows twice. Their call in representatives were absolutely horrible and the picture they show in this review of the “local” sears repair place hasn’t been a sears in several years. There are no local repair technicians. Very misleading!
