First visit to repair microwave on July 22 was waste of time as there was no followup by Sears. This visit on August 23 went well but waiting for Sears to followup with actual repair or replacement! Now a third visit on September 6th! What a joke!!!

Super impressed with the quality of service! Very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. The tech that answered our service call was truly amazing. Had been waiting almost a week for a local service repair, sears answered our call next day! Will definately be using them in all future service needs!
