The tech contacted me to let me know his ETA. Arrived earlier than expected. Went to work and figured out the problem quickly. Unfortunately the defective part is no longer available. But that is of no fault of the tech. Pretty disappointing that parts are not available to repair a 5yo Kenmore refrigerator. So I get to buy a new fridge.
