Reported not cooling -coil freezes - first visit damaged blower power. Replaced second visit - still not cooling after installed - third visit sensor bulb issue. Still not fixed cooling problem, still freezing. 4th visit diagnosis defective txt. 5th visit replaced txt with piston- I was charged for Freon discharging and recovery - still freezing coil after 5 hours. Recalled Sears again- still freezing not feeling cool air. Visit on 11-4 finally found the wiring on power blower installed incorrectly. Reason freezing not blowing cool air correctly. He reversed the direction of the blower - now feel cool air through the vent. I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged $199 for wrong diagnosis of defective TXV, replacing the TXV didn’t repair the freezing coil. It was bec the power blower was installed incorrectly. I sdhouldvget refund gir the $199. Sam, the tech was very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the diagnosis of the freezing coil was wrong due to his assistant human error - installed the blower power wiring incorrectly. Sam corrected it in this visit. .

Very poor service. Never kept time frame, never got the part needed to make the repairs after more than 2 weeks of waiting. I was very disappointed with the lack of concern . Going without your AC for more than 2 weeks

There was not service provided. Robert never came it's been a while month and nobody had showed up. They keep changing my appointment after they don't show up I think I should sue them for changing appointment and not showing up it's been like this for 1 month already. You can not call Sears Service and talk to a person only a machine that NEVER lets you speak to a person. It doesn’t resolve anything and you don’t even know if or when they will call you back. As a human I prefer to speak to a person. I feel that is a perfect way to show potential customers how much they appreciate your business. NEVER AGAIN Sears Service, NEVER AGAIN 👎

Horrible experience. Wanted me to pay over $1000 for a simple repair. Marked up the price for parts 100% of what you can get the parts directly from Samsung so instead of $75 each they wanted to charge me $150 each. The technician said “well we are a 3rd party so what do you expect. We have to charge more to make money!” Plus $400 for the labor which would not take more than about 10 minutes. Then when I decided to decline the repairs wanted me to pay $140 for him looking at the washer for 5 minutes. Did not even take anything apart or look at anything. I would not recommend this place at all for repairs. I would give 0 stars if I could. So disappointing. I can buy the exact same washer from Lowe’s right now for $600 brand new. So cheaper than the parts then wanted to charge me! This washer is also only 4 years old.
