Neal was very knowledgeable and took care of our issue. He also gave advise on other issues that could happen with our other appliances. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an appliance repairman.

It took three times different times in coming out however, it was not due to the repair person. 1) visit part had to be ordered 2) second trip was to install the part however, the part was sent wrong ( right part was ordered however, was not for a dryer) 3) trip success! Repaired person Chris was very helpful and explained what he repaired. So I am giving 5 Star review

This company is amazing and the technicians I have dealt with have all been awesome. They know their field of work and do it with class. Would recommend them a hundred times over. Great group. Christ is a tech that came out and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Very satisfied with his evaluation and work done. Neil is also a technician we have had in the past. Super great also. It was a win win situation.
