I've had multiple techs come out and attend to my washer since December 2023. It has been a horrible experience the tec that came out today did a great job and did not leave me. Hanging like other tecs.

Excellent technician. BUT the new ice maker is not working. He said it would be a while before it makes ice, but it is 5 hours and no ice. Had plenty of ice the next morning.
