Waisted money issue was not resolved. Was told the fridge wasn't cooling because of a power outage and needed a reset. This did not fix the problem.

After tech installed the part left thinking it would work. Later at night I tried to wash Clothes and machine still couldn’t complete the cycle. You must fix it because I need to wash clothes ASAP!!!

Well took 5 months for you to tell me that I was disqualified. Because a mouse chewed on a corde. Didn't even short the wire.

A technician came out on 1/15/24 telling us that the heating element was out on our oven. Stated they will order the part and it would be delivered to our house by 01/24/24. It is now 02/05/24 no follow up, no parts delivered & my oven is still broken. Stupid me already paid for the service and parts. So congratulations you got your money guess the service part doesn't come with it huh? You deserve no stars!

Technician came out and couldn’t fix heat pump because he said an electrician had to come out and show him where the breaker was to the outside airconditioning unit. We revealed all the breaker boxes we knew including the one right behind the outside unit but he told us that was not it. What the hay SEARS!!!!

The wait time was over a month and a half we got the part and waited 2 weeks for it to be installed .. but when the final recharge came out it was done in a hour
