Mr. Michael G provided an excellent, professional service, going through the diagnostic procedure with me and explained what was wrong, provided the solution to the problem, and suggested future ways of fixing the problem should I encounter something similar again. I would definitely consider having him diagnose and repair any other problems I encounter.

He tried his best to fix a terrible situation created by his employer, Sears, lying to him and to us, the clients, about the fact they had hired Cal Valley as a subcontractor in May, had refused to admit they had received a report from Cal Valley concluding the cooktop was not repairable and lied again to First American Home Warranty when they said the cooktop had been fixed
