Sears automated system worked flawlessly until the tech showed up. I got further than the tech on trouble shooting because the threw his hands in the air and said time to replace your washer. The washer that is only16 months old. Hmmm. Through my poking and prodding we got to the bottom of it. The quote to replace a wiring harness that costs $45 was $550. It’s a wiring harness for gods sake. If I wanted to do it all myself I wouldn’t have spent $137 for someone to come have me point and tell them how to troubleshoot

Completely Mis diagnosed and a rude repair guy that bitched and moaned that I had dog hair in my dryer. Customer service to get a refund was ridiculous. I was told I would get a refund in 7 days but not the trip fee. 10 days later after sending emails and calling their TERRIBLE automated system several times I was told that no refund had been issued and since I didn't have the part to return (10 days later!! I had trashed the dryer 10 days before they said they wanted that part back). So they charged me for the part and now say 14 more days before a refund. Absolutely awful experience from beginning to end. DO NOT use them for repair. People make mistakes but this company DOES NOT resolve them well at all.

I would rate this a 0 stars if I could since I paid a large amount of money to have my oven repaired by a professional only to have it fail within an hour of him leaving. And when I called to let him know, he told me if he came back it would cost more than a brand new oven to TRY to fix it again. When I tried to contact Sears for a refund I found that there is no way to even get anyone on the phone to try to start the process. So basically it was just a very expensive scam. Never doing business with Sears again!
