Noah took my fridge apart, ordered appropriate new parts…..after they FINALLY arrived, he put my fridge back together and it works! He worked efficiently and seemed to know what he was doing. He was pleasant, thoughtful and courteous..a nice person doing a good job! Now, if Sears would just make it easier for me to talk to a human on the phone, it would be great!
