T his was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had! Brent wasmost helpful in finalizing my situation, and I appreciate his courtesy. The service needed to fix my refrigerator wasn't completely explained to me, or I never would have ordered the parts that I was told to do, nor signed the contract for service. After dealing with this for weeks. Brent was the one who told me today how complicated the repair would be ( the first I heard about a blow torch and heavy equipment, which would mean turning off the alarm system in this high -rise condo among other things!) If I had been told this by thetech who made the analysis, I definitely would not have pursued repair -- nor would I have gone through weeks of trying to schedule the work. It is incredibly frustrating to try to contact Sears by phone -- to actually talk tp a live person and ask the questions which couldhave solved my issue. I couldn't find anything either by phone or online which would allow me to do that. My rating for Brent is an A, because he is the only one who was helpful. My rating for Sears is FFFMinus.

tech advised our washer needed a drain pump part of which was ordered, part arrived two days later. However, scheduled installation was pushed out for two weeks. Installation day arrived and the appointment was rescheduled. rescheduled day arrived and again, the installation was rescheduled. It is nearly impossible to get a live agent to sort out questions.

Technican was on time and friendly. However, nothing was done. One of the recommendations could have been done on site (cleaning the tub) and I do not believe the other recommendation is correct (the tub being the issue). Frankly it felt like a waste of time and money.

Horrible experience
When he first came in the house, he told me that he could not service my appliance. He then showed me that the brand was not listed on his phone app, but he was looking up the wrong brand. He did not show any knowledge of the product or how it worked. After a few minutes of having me operate the appliance for him, he showed me a bid of roughly $900. I said I needed to ask my husband, mostly because I had no confidence in this man's ability to repair my oven. He then informed that the company would never return and would never service my products. I asked him to leave and he insisted he could not leave until he was paid. I told him that I would pay him on the link he sent only when he left my home and was in his van. He would not leave. I walked to the front door and opened it and again asked him to leave. He refused again saying he could not go to his next job until he was paid. I again told him I would only pay the invoice once he was out of my home and in his van. He finally left after I asked him one more time to leave my home. The service is completely run by AI in the office and there was no one to speak with about my horrible experience with this man and company.

Sorry Service - joshua did not come to my home !~
joshua did not come to the appointment I had. I received an email that said he came and no one was home. That is a lie !!!!!!! if he had called as the notices I receieved said the tech would do, I would have given them the gate code to enter the property.
