Did the diagnostics ok. Gave no details of his findings and just wrote ' Rear bearings bad' on the Techs notes on the receipt. I have asked customer service to send me the full details of the diagnostics done by Tony on the washer. But I have not received that yet

Luis called early in the morning and let us know he might be able to come early. He was there when he said he would be. Even though he was unable to fix our wall oven due to discontinuation of necessary parts, he did advise the part numbers needed and gave advice about how we might go about looking for them on our own. He did wiggle the oven out so I could take an accurate measurement of the cutout.
